Inbound billing starts when inbound webhooks ship; until then inbound is free. We file your 10DLC registration at no extra charge. Carriers usually review in 3–7 business days; you can text your own verified numbers the same day.

Competitor figures use each provider's published rate plus their carrier fees where those are published as a band; business-texting plans use their effective per-text rate, which ignores the texts a plan makes you pay for and not send. Messaging and numbers only; lookup products aren't comparable line-for-line.

Rates checked September 2026 from each provider's public pricing page; every provider name above links to its source. Carrier fees are AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon pass-throughs: they vary by destination carrier and change quarterly, which is why the API rows are a range and ours isn't. Business-texting products bundle texts into a monthly plan, so their row shows the effective per-text rate from the largest published tier down to the entry plan; texts you don't send are still paid for.
Where we don't win: Plivo rents numbers cheaper than we do ($0.50 against our $0.95), and both Twilio and Plivo quote a lower headline rate than ours before carrier fees are added. On the all-in cost of actually sending a message, we are the cheapest of every provider on this page that publishes a rate, and the only one whose quoted rate is the whole rate, with 10DLC registration filed for you at no extra charge.
